Well it's been two months off from all gear and supplements (including creatine etc.) and about 6 weeks off from all training. This is my latest strategy/attempt to overcome plateaus. I won't weigh myself for the simple reason that I wish to preserve the little ego I have left, but starting Monday I began my training. Quads Monday, Hams Tuesday. I did 3 exercises each day with moderate intensity. The result: I'm so unbelievable sore, I can barely sit down. It's amazing the degree to which the body degrades over just 6 weeks. I'll train in this state for about another two weeks or so and start up the gear again.

With regard to cycling off, I fought depression and anxiety and coped with it using booze and recs. Thankfully, the downfall only lasted about 6 weeks and I've since been quite level-headed. Coming off is a bitch and you have to really prepare yourself for a good month to a month and a half of hell. It's nice to know a.) that it does end; and b.) I'll--hopefully--break some plateaus.

We'll see

your break and my break were quite similar......i'm glad to be back in the gym again (painful)......glad you're back bro

I just did the same thing... Kinda. I hit the gym 4 times in the last 6 weeks. Today will be the third day in a row I hit the gym and I'm feeling really good.

I'll start out with 250mg of sus EOD for the first 6 weeks. I'll also run drol at about 50-100mg for the first 3 weeks coming out of the gate.
Finally I'll run UG deca (ES) at 400 mgs for the first 6 weeks.

After 6 weeks I'll evaluate my progress and if my gains begin to level off I'll make the following adjustments:

2 sus amps (500 mgs) 3 times a week
600mgs of deca/wk
Igf @ 40-60mcgs post work out
Maybee, just maybee, some slin if I'm progressing the way I hope to.

If, after 6 weeks I'm still making gains, I'll keep the dosages constant--sus EOD and 400mg of deca--and simply add in the peptides/slin.

The gear wont begin until the first week of December.
