Hey folk, I haven't posted recently, but I was a FB member for a number of years, then jumped here and over to another unnamed board I have never cycled, but was strongly considering it, read every board post I could for about 2 years....and then life interfered.
Well, here I am back again.
I'm in my mid 40's, excellent health (as in Doc says I'm more like 30), weigh 175 and am at about 12% bf. I cardio every day 3 miles at a 6.5 pace, and then lift for an hour, 5 days a week. I eat very clean (at least 75% protein every day).
Problem is, I'm losing the battle to age :angry: I actually bench slightly less then I did a year ago, I've plateaued, and the time has come....
I'm looking over notes and print-outs form the last two years (!) and it loks like 400 each of test enth and Eq, with a dBol kick-start, liquadex during and clomid after (12 week cycle) would be an "appropriate" first cycle for mass-building. (I'm interested primarily in mass, not strength). I've had a close family member on slin for over 30 years, and actually feel comfortable going that route as well - - -would that be overdoing a first cycle for a middle-aged guy?!
If it helps, I could probably post a picture (low-cut tank on, but it's better than nothing).
Well, whaddayathink? Any *major* changes to the thinking about these cycles, or scammers, or anything since I've been absent? I guess I'm kind of in catch-up mode....
