Well, I destroyed my back today big time!!!!! My training partner and I did my whole back routine in 45 min!!!! Totaly fckn intense. Did the whole stack for 14 reps on close grip pulldowns. 5 45's for 15 reps on hammer rows. 315 for 14 reps on barbell rows, and 250 lbs for straight arm pull down for 20 reps. Dnt forget the rest pauses and all the warm up sets that are just brutal. Chris got a vid of me doing burn outs of wide grip pull downs and a good posing video. Was really happy with the vids. should be up tomorrow.
