I used to turn the heater on full bloast and shotgun 2 hot beers when i got to the gym. Most intense training ive ever done. Dont know if it just helped me get psyched up or what but i would sweat like a beast and felt like an animal.
also done curls and shit drunk and best pumps i ever got haha blood thinned out and man they just hurt they were so big.
margaritas have alot of sugar in them. Does that mean they would be good to drink post-workout??![]()
