Beginners Cycle Help!!!

I want to add something to my workouts (juice) and need help doing so.

What would you recommend for a first cycle? Do you know of anything orally I can take? I'm not to fond of the injections. Not yet at least.

Stats:

Height: 5'7
Weight: 185 lbs.

Age: 20

Working out 5 days a week.
Doing cardio 3-5 days a week depending on the week.

Well first off i think you're too young, some may disagree. Second don't even consider doing juice until you get over your fear of injections, and this is when you're at least 3 or 4 years older...at least. How long have you been training for? What are you goals?
 
Bro, I believe I gave you some advice recently and you were basically just starting to get your training program and diet together. I would say work out for at least 1-2 more years solid before making the decision to take steroids.

You don't even know how your body reacts yet to just training and diet...

I don't have a fear of injections. I have a fear of injecting myself. I have been lifting for approx. 5-6 years. On and off. But now I am dedicating myself. Going to the gym 5 days a week. Cardio at least 3 days a week. And a healthy diet.

My goal is to get toner and cut down on the body fat.

Correct. I started a new training program/diet recently. But I will take whatever advice/suggestions/etc. is given to me.
 
Read about anabolic substances for a few months. Do searches on the net. Look over the profiles forum. Do lots of research!
 
Bro-You need to train for a year with not one unscheduled missed work out. Then you need to evoluate your progress and decide what changes are needed. Bro you obviously do not have the back ground or experiance for steroids. There is no way you would be in the shape you are in if you have trained for 5-6 years. This is not a game. No good will come of juicing until you know yourself better.
 
bro gain some knowledge first... read up some profiles and do research like the other bro's have said... don't jump right into things without knowing your way around you wanna do it and do it right... but for a first cycle research

Okay, all these guys gave you the same answer and I agree with them for the most part. But perhaps you may just want a point in the right direction, things to read up on.

So lets decide what you want to do with your body.

Are you looking to lose body fat and tone muscle?
or
Are you looking to just gain as much size as possibe because you're skiny?

So if it's #1 you want to cut. Read up on Test propinate, winstrol, tren, EQ, masterone, etc.

So if it's #2 you wanna bulk. Read up on Test Enanthate, deca, dbol (or some say dball), EQ, etc.


Just when you locate a name on some other bro's post read hard. Understand what he's asking and what he's trying to do with it.

Thanks alot for the help. That's really what I needed was a point in the right direction. I never planned to take anything without reading extensively on it first.
