I do most of this every week lol I gave up barbell shit though for curling, minus the fact that I do drag curls with a straight bar
 
for some reason i cant get concentration curls down right. i have never felt a pump or anything from them..
 
Incline db curls are the best bicep movement for me. I get more of a pump from them than anything else

Here's some to try to see if it could just be bad form. The next time you want to do concentration curls lean up against a wall and use it to stabilize your arm that way there's no way to cheat
 
I'm finding it very difficult to get concentration in my biceps as well...I'll have to try out some of these to see what works best.
 
since my routine that I have been doing now I have the best peaks that I have had, still slowly coming in on right side though.
 
I love barbell curls for growth as well. I've worked up to 115# for 8 reps. I've always done them at the end so I'd be curious to see what I can do if I did them at the beginning. I try to not cheat at all too so it's rough at the end
 
I have VERY weak and shitty biceps. Ofcourse I am now hitting them first, before tri's and they are growing but for some reason they are a very weak muscle for me. I have zero peak and have never used SEO, but am thinking of trying in my bi's. I think my gorlfriends bi's are stronger, lol
