Ok, monday im doing biceps like usual and im curling... then i go for the free weights. I usually start at the 60's and work my way down to the 15's. Killer workout but, the day after i had a straining pain in my bicep. Now its thursday and the pain is still somewhat there feels like i can't straighten my arms all the way. Mabye I've over did it??? Anyone have any info about this or ever experenced it please let me know. Im 20 195 5'11". About to take the first cycle. Don't want to ruin it with an injury. Thanks
