Bicep thickness

I have pretty good arms, but I need more thickness to my biceps. From the side I look great, but from the front My arms just look way to skinny. I do hammer curls but not all the time. Do you all think I need to up my hamers curls or do any of you any ides that might get me on the right track? I have made some great gains, but the one thing I need is more total thickness
 
I think I have that problem too. I think the bicep head closest to my body (inner head?) is okay, but the outer head seems smaller. I'm hoping that applying IGF to the outer head will help.
 
i had the same problem , so i started to apply IGF to the outer head , now it's catching up with the inner and even started to look better. ran out of IGF now , can't wait till i place another order

thats great bro! how long did it take you to get your weak bicep up to par with your other one.

And zeus, i think the trick is variation when it comes to the arms beit it bi's or tri's , whats ur bi routine look like now
 
I ALWAYS do the same # of hammer type of exercises as palms up exercises!

thats not to bad, is that how long u ran the igf for? 7 weeks? just curious bro

well don't remember exactly but maybe about 15 weeks was applying it only on workout days. i ran out 3 weeks ago , but i am still making good gains , had an old shoulder injury which came back very bad but the amazing thing i recovered from it in about 10 days and i am back to the gym like nothing happend. thanks to my physio and MC IGF :) today was my 1st day in the gym and felt great and stronger than ever.
 
I need to do something about this as well because my right arm is lagging badly since it's the one I broke and it's healed all fucked up

That is exactly the problem. Drives me fckn nuts!!!!! From the back and side my arms are fckn great, but from the front is a whole nother story.

I would focus on a lot more hammer curl exercises, rope cable curls, 1 arms dbell hammers under the chin, 2 arm dbell hammers out in front of you, etc.
 
My honest take is that IGF and maybe Synthol to enhance that area. I've tried doing different exercises, but I think that's an area that's going to require exogenous help. I'm doing IGF for now and seeing how it goes. Next up will be SEO.
 
Hammer curls, Pin wheel curls...your biceps are actully pretty thick...there not really weak in terms of thickness...IMO
