Hey bud, so today I tried what you had posted with that video. I used 2 plates instead of a 2X4 for under my heals. I went light with 115 pounds but it was the 1st time I did them. I like it kind of hard at first to keep your heels down though, i felt it in my quads, did it at the very end of the workout.:bber: I would reccomend other people trying these who haven't yet.
