what kinda metal is it? Is it the new progressive kind or like the old school Pantera type stuff?

It's definetly Ozzy influenced with some relentless pounding guitar,more old school than progressive,but nice and tight. Not a hip-hop-rock sound like POD.

Zakk Wylde is awsome. I have played guitar for years and am a huge Ozzy fan. I love that shit. Great to lift to. Check him out in the movie Rock Star.
