The hygetropin is technically better because of the chain, but blue tops are much less expensive. You'd use the same dosages regardless of what kind you have. 1-2 iu/day for fat loss, and at least 4-6 iu/day for muscle building/fatloss. My experience with both kinds was pretty much the same. I used 5-10 iu/day to build muscle, and I also lost fat, too. That was August of last year, and I was at my biggest. I'm hoping to surpass that in the next few months.
