16 days in and my strength continues to increase. I have no joint or tendon pains and no back pumps, dark urine, elevated BP, or anything. BP is 124/74. I'm also finally up 2 pounds yet I think I look smaller and definately thinner. Face looks great. I'm going to do a little experiment and log at 8mg a day.
