I have some Upjohn Test. Does anyone know where I could find some pics to compare. Also where do I go to check the lot #. Thanks for your help!

They have an all aluminum top, the label has a bar code on the left side, the lot number and expiration date is on the right side written vertically, the center of the label is similar to your pics up top.
