you're not alone in not finding a job
in fact there is a big summer job shortage this summer with the economy and all. Not finding one in the spring kills.
i tried those websites, sent my resume and all, but got rejected
they lied and said the position is filled.
anyways good luck. im keeping busy staying up here at 4 am, going to the gym, and playing video games while my friends are too pussy to party with their jobs.

The job outlook is really bad right now around here too. It is said to be the slowest it has been in 12 years. The summer jobs at resorts that used to be filled by students have been taken by adults looking for any kind of job they can find.
The only thing I can think of is to maybe contact anyone you know who might be able to give you a line on something, or point you in the right direction.
Hope you find something. It has been slow for me too. Luckily I have found a couple jobs from people I have worked for/with in my trade, and have a good reputation, but still I have had time off between jobs. That was one thing that contributed to my breaking up with the gf in Columbus.

fcat-the one's I found for you are summer jobs, construction and factory work(driving forklift etc)...they all look to pay 9-11$ per hr

Were I work no less than 20 people a day walk in asking for an application. It is crazy how bad things are, something needs to pop. May was the worst month in business we have ever had, ever.
