Cardio before or after workout

I do my cardio (small amount) after i workout i feel like it takes to much fro my workout at first, plus when i do it at the end i feel like my heart rate is up already so it's easier to get into the range i want.

What do you thinks better for fat burning, i just do cardio now for a little heart benefit and to try and keep some fat off.
 
Like we all say, everyone reacts different. I swear on my parents graves, I am losing more fat doing no more than 30 minutes on the old standby Schwinn Air Dyn than I was this time last year running outside at 4:30AM for an hour. My guess at least in my case waas that I was over doing it and burning muscle, thusly slowing my metabolism down. You become what you do and I was becoming a cardio person not a bodybuilder. I try and do most cardio first thing in AM before I go to gym but sometimes I do 20 minutes when I get home.

Now at some point I may have to bump that up a bit, but for now it seems to be giving me the abs I need to compete again
 
I have days where i do first thing and days i do last. To me its in my head. The mental game of BBing. If my head is on straite for a day of going heavy slow reps then i must do a light cardio before to get things warned up.
