I do my cardio (small amount) after i workout i feel like it takes to much fro my workout at first, plus when i do it at the end i feel like my heart rate is up already so it's easier to get into the range i want.
What do you thinks better for fat burning, i just do cardio now for a little heart benefit and to try and keep some fat off.
