Cardio during PCT?

when coming off a pro-hormone cycle or AS cycle....

do you feel cardio should be avoided ?

do the health benifits out weight the need to retain hard earned mucle?
 
Jon, I am an endomorph, so I routinely keep cardio in all the time. Gaining weight is easy for me, losing is diff for me. I do cardio in pct time as well. There will always be some loss of mass as the body re-adjusts and clears out in your off time. Its just important to keep a decent percentage of the new gains.

I think cardio is very important. Even if it means sacrificing a little bit of muscle a healthy heart is the most important thing you can have. Think about it, if you have a strong chest, strong legs, strong arms and a weak heart, what's the point. Ever seen interviews with Ronnie where he's winded just from sitting down a talking? Screw that.

i would steer clear of it personaly but im no cardio fanatic anyhow
 
personally i have found that I loose way to much size doing cardio during PCT...
better for me if I wait a few weeks for my hormones to regulate before I resume the cardio or put my body under any more stress

loose less size that way
