I have been recently doing the treadmill (today 20 min's and I got up tp a 11 incline and 4.2 mph) and I have really noticed that without running or jogging that I am burning alot more calories on the treadmill than I do with the bike. I want to switch them back and forth though because I read an article that as far as cardio goes if you do the same thing repeatitively that it starts burning less and less calories bc your body gets more effecient at doing it. Whats your guygs thoughts??
