Well I've come to the conclusion that applying IGF pre workout may not be the best time. Today doing back/biceps my pumps were almost too intense. Sets were difficult to complete and range of motion was limited cause the pumps were so intense. I think PWO is the way to go.
Man after that last workout where I applied pre WO, I was pumped ALL DAY LONG. I felt like I just left the gym until I went to sleep, it was ridiculous. Anyway, good chest/tricep day today. Applied IGF to left pec and left tricep which are both lagging. Well, actually I dont know that the left pec is so much lagging, as it just appears to have a different shape than the right. I dunno, after I get some pics up maybe you guys can give me some advice to even them out. Other than that, everything has been great, tomorrow should be my last application I can definitely see how some guys want to stay on something all the time. I'm glad I have no money so I don't have to worry about it right now, haha.
