I did three sets of these just on the end of a chair for a final pump. It was great. My tris felt like they were going to explode. Did my normal 20 sets and I will definitely end with these a few more weeks in a row.
still prefer heavy weighted dips on parallel bars....my shoulders never feel right with the chair and i find it easy to cheat with your legs on the bench...

yeah my shoulders are angles funny or something when ever i tryed the dips on the end of a bench or i guess the chair would be the same thing, not good for me, but i love regualr dips
I first saw this title and came to make fun of you for doing a 'girly' exercise but as speedo model pointed out, it sounds like you found a great way to train around that shoulder
