I've read of guys here like Nuk and Chris doing this. I tried it today and it wasn't bad... but it wasnt anything worth mentioning either. I did cable flyes, incline hammer, then cable Pulldowns, then flat Hammer, then Strive Rows, then Pec Deck, and last was one arm cable rows. I really didn't see what all the hype was about. My pump was very good (I'm on MC IGF), but wasn't any better than other times and my strength wasn't unusual either. I was gassed at the end.
So what's the hype about? What did I miss? Who has done this?
