Well, I've never tried to bench the 100# dumbbells until recently, but I tried the 110s today and to my surprise without a spot I was able to get them for 4 clean reps. I think if I had a spotter there, I may have tried for at least a couple more, but I didn't push it by myself. I swear that the only thing that's been different in my supplement regimen for the past year is the introduction of MC IGF. I don't know why, but this shit is honest to God the best supplement I've ever gotten my hands on. My lifts are at an all time high regardless of weight, my body has literally changed it's look and it's gotta be from the IGF
