alot of the cycle advice actully...(most of it) I do believe alot of what you say is correct...on the diet, im putting in some carbs during my morning meal, pre and post workout though...just trying to see what happens with some carbs in my diet...
That's great to hear bro... Yah.. a lot of people have a hard time accepting that you can GROW without a Bunch of Carbs for energy for Power workouts... it takes 7 days (approx) for the body to adjust to a new diet.. you could feel tired and lethargic during that time, *AND THAT 7 DAYS FEELING LIKE THAT IS WHAT CAUSE MOST PEOPLE TO ABANDON THE IDEA* What they don't do and give a try with .. is dealing with 7 days of not so nice feeling to transform the body to a friggen ANABOLIC SLAM !!!
I am not going to get too into depth because this is your thread bro, but I am starting a new experiment as soon as I have rejuvenated my satellite cells... I should be set to go on January 14th,2010!!
I am choosing to take a whole year of straight BULKING ... and start competing early 2011.. or if things pan out appropriately.. MAYBE, just MAYBE hit the stage in December 2010... but I figure if I have 52 weeks of Bulking and can bring my walk around weight up to approx. 270lbs. Then I will be Happy.
