I've been reading up quite a bit on Clenbuterol, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the importance of spliting the dosing up when you reach 140mcg and up. Wouldn't it be ok to just take 140mcg all at once in the morning, considering it has a 36 hour half-life?

I've taken 140+mcgs at once in the morning and was fine. To me it was more convenient.

Bump for more opinions on spliting doseages of clen up.

I get a rush of adrenaline shortly after taking the dose. With a higher dose, I get get pretty anxious. I split it up, but maybe that's some head game I play with my self.

If it's just about tolerance than i'm fine, i can take 150mcg at once in the morning with no problems, slight shakes. Thinking about stacking Yohimbine HCL at 5 mg with 150 mcg of Clen, any thoughts on this? I heard it extends the half-life to something like 38 or 39 hours

I wouldn't run 140mcg's right from the start. It would make me extremely jittery / shaky. I'd start at least the first week or so in divided doses to see how your body reacts. Your body adapts during this time so the shakes won't be noticable ( or as noticeable) as if you were to take the entire days worth all at once.

yeah the first time i hit up clen i fucked up and took 200mcg at once.......i didn't touch it for like a week....i was a whole new type of fucked up, gentleman i don't recomend high doses of clen....no no no

the other thing to keep in mind about Clen is that you're not going to want to take it after 4 or 5 o'clock in the afternoon if you expect to be going to bed at 10 or 11pm. I split my dose up every few hours but I found that if I took it after 3pm I'd stare at my ceiling for an hour or more and not be able to go to sleep until almost 1am

If you are going to dose that high, make sure you take it well before your leg workout in particular. It has been my experience that doing a heavy squat routine and taking clen sucks! I've found that after putting down the bar I've spent much time just trying to regain my breath- hyperventalating for a few minutes each time - pretty scary!
