anyone ever take anything to clean their colon out?......something husk i think its called .......i hear theres junk that stays in there and just builds up

They are tons of colon cleansers out their and some are just crap, but if you get the right supplements, it has been showed that people could have a skinnier waistline just from the cleanser, because it cleans out the inside walls of the large and small intenstines, and also in the deep rectum aread where old stool stick to the walls of the rectum and builds up,...the other thing that the body can't do at this time of build up is try to cleanse it self, since the walls pores are filled up easily for the body to produce it's own cleansing agent the good healthy bacteria known as bacili coli. So i would recommend some form of herbal cleaners or Colonix which my uncle uses and he says it works great for him, he lost about 5 pounds of just build up stool in his body, after just month use, it's little price but he was satisfied with the results...

LOL! I have never heard of anyone vaccuuming it out of you. Gypsymoth is correct. In the hospitals they give you an enema. If they need to, they'll do it more than once.

Technically, cleansing is why you are supposed to eat fiber, because it is the fiber that moves everything out.

A colonic is a method of slowly pumping approx 5 gallons of water into your large intestine and then removing it. Most of the colon cleansing products on the market today use a type of heavy fiber product which binds to imbeded food /waste particles in your intestines (small and large) and removes them. ya there is a procedure where they supposedly suck it out of you by cleansing with water and vaccuumming it out. I heard about it on tv once. However at my clinical placements at the hospitals they always do enemas and they also give people like this gallon jug of stuff called Purlyte or Cholyte to drink that suppposedly really cleans people out.

powels in the colon . they say if you eat a piece of gum your body doesnt digest it. that it stays in your colon for many years. Is that true? I kinda believe tht cause i know someone who was mowing the lawn and a article hit the side of a swimming pool and she chewed a piece of bubblegum and plugged up the whole like i saw on a cartoon. Yeah it stayed there for many years until they took the pool down. So I can see what bubblegum could do to your colon. that and corn LOL.
