just to clarify i'm not looking for the POF one.....the original critical mass was just a basic m/w/f 2-3 sets per bodypart routine push/pull/legs and i remember the diet they used was milk and pb sandwiches......i want my buddy to read it before he asks me another question!
I found the POF, but it was a torret download and I think I found the one your looking for. Don't trust those download things. I'll see what esle I can find.
