Take more shots, i cant see anything. How bout some back shots and some front double bicep shots as well as more shots of your legs. Hard to give critisim if i cant see ya, but stcik with it and keep us updated
 
yeah bro'....you need to take some more shots so we can see a better image and some better shots of the whole body.....
 
here is a better leg shot. i think ill get my sis's digital and take more as the cycle continues. I know im not that big, but I feel as if I have too much bf due to eating like crap in the past 6 months, kind of like lee priest was before he cut up. just wanna be ripped for the summer.

6 weeks into cutting maybe? added 500mg/sust week
just had a cheat week due to finals at school.
dropped the t-3 and clen for now, but they will be back
 
ok, ive been skinny my whole life but instead of just cutting the fat this summer I want to Gain about 25lbs in 10 weeks and the cut off the bf I gain with a winny, t-3 cycle afterwards. As u can see in my pics I weighed 155 the last week of that cycle. I have never tried Deca but heard it is great. Fina makes me break out too bad. Any suggestions from someone who has been in my situation. Thanks guys! Also should I throw in cardio while bulking?
 
For your body type I would limit cardio, do a bulking stack and eat. I would not count carbs or calories at the moment. Eat away, bacon, all the crap you want. Keep cardio to once a week, lift 3-4 times per week and get plenty of sleep.
 
You are doing great!!! When I see your before picture you have made incredible gains!! Keep going and take Glen's advice, so you can mass up more.
 
If you are trying to gain 25 lbs, why are you using T-3? Leave that stuff alone, you don't need it. It can hinder your muscle gains if you aren't eating enough. As long as you keep the calories pretty clean, I doubt you'd gain that much fat.
 
omg, i see kids like you all the time in the gym, u taking steroids for the girls?
wtf? U look like u barely work out, no offense, u do what u want to do, but seriously omg, u got to read more my friend. And i am not against steroid use, but i am against stupid steroid use, u had atleast 3 or more years of natural training, and another thing u need to have muscle in order to cut. u look worse then some of the natural high school kids i train who just play sports and barely work out. Sorry but just giving u the real truth.
 
Honestly, i know it's tempting to use roids to better your physique, but at a younger age it's hard, not tryin to down you or anything...but if you really want to gain, like most people here said, you need to eat and worry about cutting later,...caz right now you're cuttin away precious muscles, especially with t-3, which in my honest opinion is potent to use with your body weight and figure,....Just to be honest bro, you have made a great progress, but if you need to gain 25lbs of pure muscle, you will need your eatin to be in check, your training routine and REST that's where you actually grow, not at the gym but in deep sleep of at least 7 hours.... Please don't take it as a negative....
 
I take constructive criticism very well so thank you for the advice. The reason im so into cutting is because I was natural for a few years, went from 130 to 185, eating everything in site, 3 weight gainers a day, but gained some fat. My face was like a big balloon. Right now, Im going to bulk, eat everything in site. Also I train with buddies that compete, do the same workout with them, eat the same diet, they just have great genetics. I have always been a hardgainer, but the muscle u see in the pics is muscle that wasn't there a few years ago. So just Imagine(check out my 1st pic on this page) how skinny I used to be. Ill keep everyone posted with pics and keep the comments coming. Thanks guys!
 
also bro i noticed on your last pic(front pose) that your right shoulder and trap were more developed. could be the angle of the pic if not keep an eye on that. Personaly i would have gained more weight. keep in mind that if you are a bit on the thin side when you cut you will be ripped but you might look skinny and that can beat the purpose of doing a cycle. Plus you will look much better if you look like your good size and lean vs skinny and lean. either way your doing good bro. good luck and keep working out and learning about nutrition.
