direct tv or dish network cards?

I know this is illigal but does anyone here know where I can get my card programed? Neighbor has a friend that does it but he does not want to do it for me. He said he just wants to keep it among close friends. so please let me know. I miss my ultimate fights and other pay perview events :crap:

As far as i know no one from this site has ever spoken about dish or direct tv cards....sorry bro....that's a tough one
