Diuretic Help

Have never tried any. Have a wedding coming up that I might have to do a semi strip show and want to look as lean as possible. I don't have time to get any potent stuff. Just over the counter stuff. Can anybody recommend a brand and advice on how to use it?

Try Xenadrine at GNC or Wallyworld it works pretty good for me or you can try the old method asprin-caffeine and ephedrine.But it will make you jumpy as hell.Don't use any of this shit if you have a bad heart Good Luck Bro

no you want to give yourself a week or 2 before the show......actually a week might do it depending on what you use. Don't drink coffee though...take caffeine pills and I highly recommend just adding the aspirin and Ephedra too....

2 days before the show go with just the caffeine pills and drop the ephedra....you don't want to be all shaky and shit

All the eca stacks are a mild diuretic just as caffeine is....taraxatone is a really good one that I use for comp. to get rid of h2o

Dude, When I take ECA and then go do a bachelorette party my shit gets all shrunk up. Unless you are going to tie your shit off before you go in I would just dehydrate yourself to get the extra water off.
