Do you guys every get tired of eating every 3 hours?

Latley, I haven't been feeling so full and no need to be eating every 3 hours......sometimes I wish I can just eat normal like everyone esle. What supplements do you know that helps increase ones appetite?

You might try changing your macronutrients profile a bit. Eat less protein/fat and up the starchy carbs a bit......

B12 injections? Maybe you just need to come up with something that you enjoy eating more. Eating the same thing (plain chicken, can of tuna and veggies) can get old quick.

I get sick of eating all the time. It got so bad last cycle that I was almost barfing trying to choke down each meal. Then I started cutting and found I was hungry a lot. It's a never ending fucking battle, but it's what seperates the men from the boys! Oh, I am on some EQ right now, hungry as phuck!

Dude I eat every 2 to 2.5 hrs and damn do I get tired of it....the cooking the eating the constant shitting lol jk but yeah I get tired of eating unless it is a woman....oh wait that is another story

I have been slacking on eating alot of the time I am BB and as long as I get a good shake a couple hours before I tarin and alot of carbs and proteing right after then a good meal I do really well and still make great gains!

I feel your pain bro. I am in the same boat. I actually feel better cutting than bulking. I cut out my cardio to try to keep the calories up but I just can't seem to eat enough. I feel like I choke every meal down except breakfast. I found out by eating fish and lean ground turkey I can digest my meals easier.

I am on EQ and I think it helps somewhat. the B12 is suposed to work pretty well also. I just don't know how some guys can eat that much.

eat things u like and eat lots of fiber so u can shit everything out easily.
