Over the years my arms always grow slower then anything else ive tried everything but it seems DC type all out failur with heavy weight keeps them growing better then anything. What works best for your bi's and tri's?
a lot of volume and heavy compound movements....used to do the normal pressdowns and dumbell curls with as strict as form as i cud do but wen is tarted doind smith close grip bench with as heavy as 3.5 plates and heavy barbell curls with a little body swag my arms really started to gain some mass
