Lately Im finding myself in the gym everyday working out. I dont feel like Im overtraining, guess I just love to train and can always come up with something I need to go to the gym and work on.

dude, ive been the same way, but around 6 days..... hell even when im slightly hungover, i still feel like going, and feel better after too. All the pinning and soreness though i feel physically smashed.....
I hit the weights 5-6 days a week (depending if I do qauds and hams in the same workout or not) but I do cardio everyday if possiable...Just for health reasons...
it seems the more you go the more you want to go. (and the less you go the harder it is to go) I dont do 7 days at the gym now but
I am doing something physical on my off days. I try for Some kind of work out every day. If it feels good do it. Listen to your body
and it will tell you when to take a day off. Thats was always the hardest part for me - listening to my body - I would still feel guilty.
