Does anyone workout while still sore?

Thats a great way to challenge yourself, it also puts constant stress on your mucles forcing them to grow. Thanks for sharing that.
 
I do
1. Chest, biceps, calves
2. Back, traps, calves
3. Shoulders, Triceps
4. Quads, Hamstrings, and sometimes calves.
There isn't a set schedule, but with the rare exception I never train two days in a row. Sometimes I go 3 days between training days. Every workout has to beat the previous one.

That's cool, I'd like to train every 3 days, but I know my body wouldn't respond that well to that much time off
