eek i need help

Well....Im confused what kind of diet cardio i should do while trying to build muscle. Im 18 i dont have big arms AT ALL :( , but im starting to have wieght in my stomach i guess a tad bit showing upa little bit of "man tits". How do i loose that, while trying to make the rest of my body bigger and more cut?

anything i should change about my routine

M-Tris, Shoulders, cardio
T-Legs , cardio
W-abs , cardio
Th-Bi's,chest/back, cardio
F-off
Sa-cardio
Su-off


I go to school so its kind of hard to get a good strict diet during that time. I have some "Creotine Extreme" and my bro has a big thing of protein think its called gold protein (in the black bottle with copper/gold cap).

What im trying to say i guess should i cut the carbs out of my diet and get more protien or would that counterdict each other? And at my school we basically have fries, pizza, and hamburger stuff like that but also Salad would that be better alway figure that wouldn't help the guys tring to build muscle? thanks

your goals are good, but it will be hard to do both at the same time. if you are wanting to lose fat, then lowering your carbs will help you. i have a few questions for you to help give you better advice:

are you natural?
what are your stats?
do you do cardio before or after workouts?
what's your diet like currently?

Yep im natural and plan on being it till when i get a lil older then i might take some supplements. Right now im just starting back i been working out before but not really anything but im really wanting to now. I havent started any work outs or cardio yet b/c i wasn't sure if i should do it before/after workouts. Right now my diet is usually for breakfest some kind of cereal. Then at lunch at school i dont got much of a choice =/ but might try getting salad. Then after school i usually try to eat some kind of meat chicken/fish/steak.
 
I usually do my cardio in the mornings. I run about 2-3 miles every other day. The weights I usually do every day with a day off, sometimes two. I hit one bodypart per day, but I hit it hard to failure!! The basic thing on days off is I listen to my body to decide whether I need 1 or 2 off. I would go Low carb, high protein to get rid of those excess pounds. Then I would bulk for a little while to build some lean body mass...then cut it back up. Repeat this process and it will give you a better overall foundation to work with later.

Oh yea for breakfast I would go to eating some eggs(whites preferrably) and oatmeal. It is a much better source of protein than dried cereal. Some cheap effect ways to help on luch at school is to pack Tuna sandwiches and maybe an orange/bannana. Might even try packing creatine in the little ziploc bags to take inbetwen meals too. It is always a way to work a diet into our schedule, we just have to figure out. I used to have to pack 7 meals/day to be able to diet b/c of my job...that was an SOB.

Lastly, Walk the path of the Iron, and it will never forsake thee!!!
 
it would be best to focus on one specific goal, especially since your natural. like odin said, i'd do low carbs, high protien and pack a lunch for school. do your cardio before workouts, and when working out don't take a lot time between sets, like 45 sec. your diet will be the most important thing though.
 
Now that im working out im starting to think about some legal supplements. What are some good ones that wont cause to many sideaffects and what should i take with it. The only thing im really familiar was 1-ad cuz my friend took it however i never did cuase i wasn't going to the gym as much as i wanted. I plan on maybe taking it in 2weeks or so when im happy wiht the routine of my workout.

Any ideas im looking around right now at a couple of the threads on the board just trying to get an opinion
 
I did a lil research on M1T would this be good for me? and whats teh side effects and what kind of schedule(cycle) should i do and how much should i do, bout 5'10" ~145-150lbs(small i know:( ) .

What i kinda of understand

a lot of people take with 4AD ...what does that do?
You can lose a lot after the cycle ..still researching
Get very tired...well i can leave with that:D

Anything else i should precaution or take. I wanna do it right and not mess up and do somethign stupid.

Should i take 4ad wiht m1t or take it before m1t. I see some people take it 1-2weeks before a m1t cycle. And should 10mg be good for starting out then working up to 15mg dont think i need more then that considering im new to this stuff. And also what kind of pct should i take? thanks and should i take this stuff on days im not working out or doing cardio?

I love your enthusiasm, it's refreshing. What I think you should focus mostly on is your diet. Diet is going to make or break it. I know this is probably the last thing you want to hear.

Try to get in upwards of 300 grams of protein in there. It's tough, especially if you aren't used to doing so, trust me. Next, at your weight, you don't watch your carbs and fat so much, so have fun with it bro.

About your sups. M1T is cool, I tried it out at 30mgs ED for 4 weeks. Good weight/size gains. I've had friends who have used 1-AD and got great results. But they used twice or three times the suggested dose, which at 40-50 bucks a bottle is going to cost an arm and a leg after a while.
 
thanks yea im trying to work out my diet. My friend is in heavy on this and natural and he made me start trying tuna cans with his "homeade" sause in it....ha kind of disguisting so i guess a lot of my protein will come from shakes and the other half or so ill find some hungry man meals maybe.

I dont plan on taking too much M1t but maybe if i do another cycle and see how that goes and step up to 20mg but prob stay 10-15mg.
