what do you guys like to do with your anti - estrogen's the final week. I have always kicked mine way up, with arimadex, proviron, and novadex. It might be over kill but it seems to really harden me up. Proviron seems to be a great androgen for the final 5-7 days. Run it around 50-100mg per day. Arimadex, then can be around 1mg EOD, novadex is ran at 40mg ED. (this is for the final 10 days)
Continue your normal gear until the final tues or wends before the show. Tren ace, Winny (oral run it all the way threw), Masteron, ect. If you have oral halo, then run that all the way up to the show. (never did this myself, but have heard guys that have good sucess with this)
