First cycle - advice and help greatly appreciated

so to start out with a little background ive been working out for about 6 years but steadily 5 days a week for about a year and a half. Im 6'2" and as of yesterday 197 lbs. I have been reading up on getting started with a cycle for about a year now and im ready to ease into my first cycle. for the past few months ive been working on and trying to perfect my diet. I eat every 3 hours and have gotten pretty lean. I also make sure i get at least 7 hours of sleep a night.

I want to start easy and test out how this stuff will affect me.

250mg test e - weekly
d-bol or winny - first 4 weeks until the test kicks in. (want to take 20mg of dbol or 50 of winny. I have tabs of both)
hcg
Nolva - 40mg first 2 weeks post cycle and then 20 ed after that
Clomid - 50mg ed after cycle

I also have arimidex if needed.

I want to keep the doses low and see how this will affect my body. I dont wanna blow up after 1 cycle. I wanna take this at a steady pace.

I am having trouble deciding between winny and d-bol. I kno if i should go for mass with the d-bol or solid gains with the winny. I am also worried about the effect on my liver with the winny tabs.

any suggestions and recomendations on the doses and my cycle is GREATLY appreciated.
 
first of all i would only run one compound for my first cycle which would be the ent, and second if you are going to run 2 compounds then depending if you are cutting up some more use the winny and if you are trying to bulk then use the d bol. two totally different compounds for two totally different purpouses.

2.) you dont need an oral just yet.. but if your going to take one, then do the dbol... 20-25mg daily is nice ( split it during the day)

3.) make sure u dont start takin the nolva and clomid until i think its 2 weeks after your last shot.( double check on that)

4.) make sure u eat like a mad man... 6'2'' and only 197 is pretty dam lean. i would get your hands a good bulking diet before u start the cycle.

doing it, and not eating the way u should will just bring u disapointment...

I was leaning towards taking the d-bol. I wanna bulk but not get fat.

I have a pretty good bulking diet that someone helped me work-up that is pretty experienced in bodybuilding.

Can anyone give me some advice on the hcg. Im still confused on how to take take that and how much. Ive heard a lot of different things.

for pct i am going to do

2 weeks after last shot:

40mg nolva ed for 2 weeks then 20 for 2 weeks after that
clomid 50 ed for 4 weeks
 
If you're wanting to do some serious bulking, you're going to gain some bodyfat. Its just the way it works.

Don't mix the dbol and winny. One will bulk you, the other is for cutting.
 
I would agree with njpooldude. Also, the arimidex won't do you much good after your cycle except for helping get rid of some water. It's for stopping estrogen conversion in the first place and would be run during your cycle. If you eat enough calories/protein cleanly enough you'll minimize fat gain while maximizing your muscle gains.
