first time tren and need advice

I’ve seen a lot of conflicting info on using trenbolone so seeking some guidance from the experts on here.
I want to go with tren for the first time.
My Hope Is that I can run 400 mg a week and run some support supplements with it.
My question is how would you stack it if I’m looking to go more of a recomposition?
This is going to be the four cycle I’ve done and I’m currently in my late 20s 230 lbs and around 14% body fat
 
Some of the far wiser guys are gonna give you really good advice, but it’s all gonna come in the same form of starting off small and slow. Tren is a sneaky devil because it does not affect everyone the same. Especially emotionally, night sweats, insomnia, etc. I know some big guys who are experienced with Tren That would tell you that 400 is way too much to just start with. Some of the other guys will weigh in I’m sure, but ramping it up slowly starting at 100 because if you’ve never used it before you gotta see how your brain is gonna react to it. There’s no doubt you’ll get strong as hell, and you’ll see results, But there’s also a good reason why Tren is called the relationship killer. On this site, there are some good podcast guys. That will talk to you directly about Tren, what to stack it with and how to use it. Just saying that 400 seems to be a lot of Tren to start with.

you dont need tren bro
if you do use it start 100mgs thats all
100msg tren 300mgs test

Keep it low dose. Use ace start at 50mg eod
