I'm ending my second week on MC IGF. I'm doing 20 each side pre-workout. I'm getting some decent pumps, but I think I will bump it up to 30 each side to see how much difference there is for me there.
I'm still noticing some soreness in my shoulder on off days, but when I apply to my shoulders and do bench presses, I'm feeling no pain at all. So, I'm hoping that in time I start noticing less pain there on my off days as well.
