So I have finished one week on IGF. I have been doing SQ in the stomach and sides (love handles but I hate that f-n term!). I'll do 40 mcg usually an hour or two before bed. I was shocked at how little that actually is! I even checked it a bunch of times, hahaha. Honestly I havent noticed anything except the occasional increase in hunger, possibly. I'm not sure I'd say its from the IGF. I eat like a pig anyway. My training hasnt been "insane". Im on an upper body routing three to four times a week because I had surgery on my ankle back in Jan. Cant do much lower body. Im 5-10 about 230-235 bw. I was wondering if I should up the dose, or just ride it out for another week or so? I know its only been a week so its not that big of a deal, but I was just curious of the opinions of the guys that have done it. Everyone is different, but I have found with other supplements, I tend not to respond to the normal doses. This is my first time doing applications and I was hoping to have a better response with this method. This is the cleanest diet I have kept in a while too. Minimal fats and bad carbs. I usually dont care about that stuff because Im not a B.B, but I figured due to my injury I would try to lean out for a bit. I would appreciate any input. Thanks a bunch.
