From fat to muscular in 6 mos!

Wish my befores weren't so big (byte- and otherwise). Here's my weakest point - my legs. I hardly trained them initially given some degenerative disc issues. I've since started light squats and leg presses to bring them up. I want to go heavy, but I'm not sure if that's going to be possible given my upcoming treatment regime. Time will tell.

Last "small" pic that I'm able to post - my face. (I've looked better; it's 6am and I'm soaked to the skin.) I'm actually more defined in person.

Anyway, that's all folks. Just figured I'd hit ya up with the good news that I'm continuing to train and build myself up for the trials ahead. I'm actually beginning a cutting cycle from 192 to 178; I figure if I lose too much weight given the treatments I'll adjust my workout regime accordingly as my body's pretty responsive to diet and training (and lack thereof!).
