Well guys its been two weeks since ive been in the hospital with this heart condition...so tommaorow im going to start eating clean (because if I dont I will look like a fat pig in about month from now) and start some light cardio in the morning and afternoons (20 mins each time) Then on May 5th I go to the doctors for a check up and i hope he gives me the green light to start some light, light training that week...Even if its with 25lbs dumbells or what I'll be happy to just do something...But, I figure the leaner I stay, even with some muscle loss, I know it will be easier to build my body up without having to drop a crap load of bodyfat...
