i love ya bro but i think your making a mistake and heres why,
as you know......i always tell you to bring your back up......you need to pioritize it. i dont think dc will help you with this. you'll get bigger everytwhere 4 sure BUT.........your back will still be your glaring weakness. you could def use more hammies too.
i personally think your delts and arms are fantastic.
it would make more sense to me for you to train back twice a weak (focusing on width and thickness) and do some maintnence training on arms and delts. you'll keep your mass in the arm and delt area with a maintnence workout and the indirect stimulation from chest and back workouts.
you gotta bring your back up before you are successful......you just have too
