I did legs yesterday. Pushed it hard on squats too, now my ass is so sore. I used to hate legs like everyone, but I actually really look forward to leg day now. I love the blown up feeling and I can't even walk when I get done with a set. However, to warm up, I do leg extensions on light weight 50lbs, for two sets of 50 reps each. They are warm after that.
