I did legs yesterday. Pushed it hard on squats too, now my ass is so sore. I used to hate legs like everyone, but I actually really look forward to leg day now. I love the blown up feeling and I can't even walk when I get done with a set. However, to warm up, I do leg extensions on light weight 50lbs, for two sets of 50 reps each. They are warm after that.

Love my leg days, you'll be fine bro...I know you got it in ya lol. I burn legs tomorrow so we'll see if I can hit teh burn limit. I'm still big on going to failure just seems like lately I can't seem to get that burn at all :(

So last Wednesday I hit legs pretty hard. I managed to squeeze out a PR set of 6 reps @ 1200lbs on leg press and walked (more like limped) away with a popped blood vessel in my right eye... and it's almost Wednesday again :D
 
im slowing down on cardio so i can start hitting legs again. nothing feels better then a bunch of plates on your back!!!

hit em hard... give it the ol' 1, 2.... go go go... LOL ... btw, i hate it when it hurts to wipe your ass after leg day... how'd it go? ... i hit legs last week, felt a rush for like 3 days.... and gimped a bit too... tomorrow is leg day again... :puke:
 
Just got back in myself from legs, always pleasurable as usual. Now to get ready to go upstairs and finish working on my bathroom remodel lol. Damn I hate my 3 story house lmao, comes in handy for spying on my neighbors ;)

Wow, I killed my legs and I am actually sore this morning--awesome! I did front squats, sets of 20 each time except for the last set of 320 with 10 reps. Legs feel really good, and I think doing the higher reps is working. Hoping for another inch on the legs soon.
 
Im ready to work legs too. I had to skip legs due to my quad deep muscle bruise or whatever it is. Its to the green itchy nasty looking point but I can put weight on it. Front squats are awesome too. I hate them but I love them too.
