I heard a good excuse for not working out yesterday. I can understand if u really dont have the time to go, financially cant afford to, sick or what ever. The excuse I was told was "It makes me sore when I workout". I just shook my head and walked away.

That's like saying you don't look at naked women because it makes your weiner swell up.
 
Get this, I knew a kid years back who would say the same thing. I even helped him, took it slow in the gym for weeks, but the kid would hurt and be sore like a beaten/battered red-headed step child for days on end.
Is it poss. that some people maybe get a crazy off the charts amount of lactic acid in the muscle during work-out and the after effect of "microtrauma" being beyond normal?

Anyone able to find a read on this or no.

Just some food for thought!
