Got a good comment today in the gym

Guy asked me what my weight was and I told him low 240's. His jaw dropped and said I looked like I was 300lbs. That put a smile on me

Guess the reason was, he weighed 240 also yet we look nothing alike. And he is a decent size guy. lol

yeah, that would make any of feel good. Means, that the muscle bellies are looking bigger around your joints..thats a good thing...your getting rounder, and leaner...
