Man I am absolutely in awe. My 7 year old started gymnastics 5 months ago and is ripped and her lats are getting wider. I guess its got a lot to do on the bar work. Ive noticed all the olympic guys have great arms and lats even though most seem a little gay. Do you think its the bars and rings? Just makes me wonder if some type of cross training would not only be great for flexibility but just for something different, a ring exercise on a workout would be interesting.
