Had Surgery today

Had surgery today on my right ankle. Had a knot on it the size of a golf ball. Thank God for pain pills.

Ganglion cyst. The Doctor said he hadn't seen to many in the ankle. Mostly in the wrist. It was attached to the ligament

Anytime you get cut on it hurts. This is best time though, cold short days out. Speedy recovery to you just let it heal don't rush it.

those cysts area bitch, like you said they are mostly on the wrist and have been called bible bumps before because people used to smack them with a bible to burst them. but I believe the recurrence after surgery is really low so it should be a one and done thing for you.

Yeah the doctor said 2-3 weeks and I should be ready to go back to work.

Ive been lucky enough to not suffer from one of those but sounds painful. You'll be itching to get back to it soon. Should be able to hit it hard as hell with that little break.
