Fantastic Information! Thanks for that picture and BF% info Buffalo. With your picture in mind, my scale is WAY off telling me that I'm 30% BF. That was a great help in determining I wasted my money on a scale that determines BF% lol.

This is what I take:
Glucosamine Chondroitin - 1,500mg / 1,250mg
Fish Oil - 1,200mg
One-A-Day Multivitamin
Halotren
NoEstrogen - Just in case, since I'm fat apparently
LiverClean
Dymatize ISO 100 - Whey Isolate

Pre Workout - Lipo6 (Recently started experimenting ECA stack (Thanks Presser))

Cardio - 2 x Weekly - starting tomorrow
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back & Biceps
Thursday - touch-ups - isolation movements in area's I want to see improved
Friday - Chest & Biceps
Saturday - Off

Rinse Wash Repeat

I will be updating on my cycle. This is my first (as stated above) cycle, so I'll get better at documenting it as time goes by.

My shoulders are starting to ache and affect my workouts. I was hoping the glucosamine with Chondroitin would help. I've been on that supplement for 6 days now with no results. I will be increasing my water intake. Any ideas on combating this (I assume) joint pain?

Excuse my use of parentheses and random characters for formatting... I'm a programmer, it's habitual.

*** Almost forgot! ExBeanPole - Mind if I PM you about a SERM if it's a MUST on my cycle? ***

BP= blood pressure i wouldnt take ECA stack or hardly any stimulants while on a prohormone cycle but if you do be careful.
 
I know BP = blood pressure.

I guess it just didn't occur to me that I should watch stimulants... wow

I'm starting week 4 of my Halotren cycle today.
I am actually down 3 lbs, and down 4% bodyfat.
The muscle pumps I get are crazy, my shit feels like it's going to explode when I workout.
I may not be seeing major strength gains, however, my endurance is through the roof. I can complete a full workout and start walking out of the gym wanting to turn around and do it again. I actually have done this twice, but didn;t want to overtrain so I stopped. I just added a few sets to my original routine.
I have very little strength gains, but I attest this to eating 1,300 -1,500 calories a day. I have improved vascularity and there is a noticeable difference in my physique.

NO Side Effects. I'm actually boning like a champ instead.

I decided to go 8 weeks, however, I ordered Halotest 25 for the last 4. Dropped the tren so it would be easier on my body to extend my cycle.
I'm still on Liver-Clean and NoEstrogen.

1300 - 1500 calories a day? My wife is probably at 2300 or so and she weighs 145lbs and is dieting with this caloric intake. You're starving yourself
