Today on the Hammer One Arm Rows (the one Dorian made famous in his pic's) I did 7 plates a side for 11 reps on my left side, and 10 reps on my right side. That is the best I have done on that movement in a long, long time. I have done that much in the past, but it was near as clean as these reps where, and the number of reps I got was better than normal.
Strengh overall is going up for me, as Im not normally very strong on alot of movements, beside legs. So any strengh advancements on back or chest is good for me.
