I know alot of us take alot more asparin then most people beings we use an ECA stack to stay in shape or for the edge it gives us, But has anyone experience problems from taking in too much asparin on a daily basis?
I haven't had any problems but I know it can cause your stomach to bleed. Asprin lowers certain protiglandin's, one of which regulates or help makes mucus lining in the stomach, without enough of this mucus the stomach acid will eat your stomach away.

Yep...same thing happened to me years ago...was taking it for a back injury, and ended up giving myself an ulcer.Any over the counter meds should be treated with respect, and long term use is a no-no.My best friend just lost his sister from Tylenol, - Advil use (abuse)..it's a long story, but in the end her liver was fried up.
So how much were you guys taking that it made your stomach bleed? My ECA stack has about 100mg asprin in it and I will work it up to 3 a day, so I shouldnt be getting more then 300-400mg per day for a couple months.
Although I do take a coated St Johns (brand) at 81mg about everyday for heart health..attacks run in the family, and the caoted asprin is good since asprin gets directly absorbed through the stomach lining.
